1 General Terms & Conditions

Jile90 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform built specifically with users in Bangladesh in mind. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between jile90 and you. It is your responsibility to read all Terms carefully before using the platform.

2 Account Register

A personal account is required to play games on jile90. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. jile90 reserves the right to close any account found to have been registered using false or misleading information.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be suspended.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.

• Verification of the mobile number and email address provided at registration is mandatory.

Jile90 may request a copy of your National ID or passport for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Completing KYC may be required before withdrawal requests can be processed.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility criteria must be met to create an account and use jile90's services:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must hold a valid mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• You must register using your own identity — creating an account under someone else's name or identity is not permitted.
• Our services are not available in countries or regions where online gaming is fully prohibited.

Jile90 may request government-issued ID at any time for age verification. Accounts may be restricted until verification is complete.

4 Payments & Transactions

Jile90 supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to process.
• Withdrawals will be returned via the same method used for the original deposit.
• If any suspicious transactions are detected on your account, jile90 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending investigation.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or in someone else's name are strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Jile90 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before accepting.

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus applies on your first deposit, subject to wagering requirements.

Any attempt to abuse bonuses or engage in fraudulent activity will result in account termination and forfeiture of bonuses. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on jile90 are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, verified by independent third parties. All outcomes are completely random and unbiased.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, the last result recorded by the system will be considered final.
• If a technical error or irregularity is detected in a game outcome, jile90 reserves the right to void that round and refund all bets placed.
• Exploiting any bug or glitch in the gaming software is strictly prohibited.
• Jile90 reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns detected in a game.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final unless a technical error is proven.

9 Account Closure

10 Dispute Resolution

• If a matter cannot be resolved by customer support, it will be escalated to a higher level.
• In any dispute relating to game outcomes, server logs shall serve as the definitive record.
• International arbitration proceedings will apply in the event of any legal dispute.
